The sourdough baking classes are for everybody who is interested in making delicious sourdough bread at home. You do not need to know anything about sourdough. Hylko teaches you in small classes how to make sourdough starter and how to maintain it.

The class shows you a variety of uses for sourdough and different techniques to make the dough. As we always use organic ingredients, this is the opportunity to learn how to bake healthy and great tasting breads. Hylko shows you a variety of German style recipes, which are easy to follow and how to bake them in your home kitchen.

The classes are held in the environment of a normal household kitchen. You will learn how to make delicious bread and bread rolls. You will not need any special tools! The classes are limited to eight people, to allow the most effective results in learning. After a day of baking you are ready to bake your own sourdough bread at home.
